Lloyd Burke
Lloyd Hudson Burke (1916-1988) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Burke was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on June 27, 1958, to replace Oliver Hamlin. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 21st, and received his commission that same day. On August 20, 1979, he assumed senior status. He continued to serve in this capacity until his death on March 15, 1988. Burke was succeeded in this position by Marilyn Patel.
