Lloyd Francis MacMahon (1912-1989) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

MacMahon was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on March 10, 1959, to a seat vacated by Lawrence Walsh; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 9, 1959, and received his commission on September 10th. He served as chief judge from 1980-1982. MacMahon was succeeded in this position by John Keenan. He assumed senior status on May 31, 1982, and served until his death on April 8, 1989.[1]
