Logan Todd Burke
Logan Todd Burke (Democratic Party) is a judge for District 31D of the North Carolina 4th Superior Court Division. He assumed office on January 1, 2024. His current term ends on December 31, 2028.
Burke (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for the Judicial District 21D judge of the North Carolina 4th Superior Court Division. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Burke was previously a superior court judge for the Fifth Division of the Superior Court from 2005 to 2018. In 2018, the North Carolina General Assembly passed House Bill 717, revising the state superior court. Burke's seat on the Fifth Division was absorbed into the Fourth Division.
Education
Burke received his B.A. degree from Morehouse College in 1983 and his J.D. degree from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1986.[1][2][3]

Burke was re-elected to the Superior Court without opposition on Nov. 6, 2012.[4][5]
