Long Range Capital Planning and Utilization Committee, New Hampshire State Legislature
The Long Range Capital Planning and Utilization Committee is a standing joint committee of the New Hampshire General Court.
Per state statute, the Speaker of the House appoints House members to the joint committee and the President of the Senate appoints Senate members. Additionally, the governor appoints one voting member. Legislative members serve for the balance of their elected terms and the governor's appointee serves for the balance of the governor's term. Committee members select their officers. The commissioners of administrative services and transportation serve on the committee as non-voting advisory members.[1]
