Loretta Murphy Begen is a judge for the Superior Court of Stanislaus County in California. She was appointed to the Stanislaus County Municipal Court in May 1993. Begen was elevated to the Superior Court in July 1998 upon court unification. Begen was re-elected in 2012 and her current term will expire in 2019.[1][2]

2012 election
