Lori E. Parker
Lori E. Parker was a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Parker (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Washington D.C. City Council to represent Ward 1. She lost in the Democratic primary on June 19, 2018.
Education
Parker received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College of Columbia University in 1986 and her J.D. from George Washington University in 1989. In 1999, Parker received a master's degree in developmental psychology from Johns Hopkins University.[1]
