Lori Horn Bustamante is a judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. Her current term ends on January 1, 2029.

Bustamante ran for re-election for judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. She won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.

Bustamante was initially appointed in August 2014 by Gov. Jan Brewer (R).

Biography

Lori Horn Bustamante earned a B.S. in justice studies and history from Grand Canyon University in 1994, graduating summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1996, graduating cum laude. She began her legal career as a deputy county attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office (1997–2001) and a trial attorney for Allstate Insurance Company (2001–2006). She operated her own legal practice, Law Office of Lori Horn, for five years (2006–2011), until she became a commissioner of the superior court.[1]
