General: She defeated Heather Hammond Wright in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 56.4 percent of the vote.

Education
Jackson received a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in legal studies from East Central University. She earned her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to her election to the bench, Jackson was an attorney in private practice. She opened her own practice in 1995.[3]
