Lori Winstead

Lori Winstead is a judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was appointed to the position on May 28, 2021, by Governor Ron DeSantis (R) following the retirement of Steven L. Selph.[1] Prior to this position, she was a judge on the Polk County Court.[1]
Education
Winstead earned an associate degree from Polk State College and a bachelor's degree from Florida Southern College. She earned her law degree from Barry School of Law.[2]
Career
Winstead was an assistant state attorney in the Tenth Circuit for 10 years prior to her appointment to the Polk County Court in 2019.[2] She was appointed to the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in 2021.
