Lorraine Fende (b. August 17, 1956) is a former Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 62 from 2005 to 2013. Fende was also the mayor of Willowick and councilwoman of Willowick City Council in 2004.

Fende is the director of program development for the Lake County Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Fende attended law enforcement and EMT training from Lakeland Community College and earned a B.S. from Ohio University.[1]
