Inouye (Democratic Party) won re-election to the Hawaii State Senate to represent District 1 outright in the Democratic primary on August 10, 2024, after the general election was canceled.
Biography
Lorraine Inouye graduated from Hilo High School in 1958. Inouye's career experience includes working as a president of Aloha Blooms, Inc. She served as the mayor of the County of Hawaii.[1][2]
