Three of the five seats on the Bullitt County Public Schools school board were up for general election on November 8, 2016. District 1 incumbent Lorraine McLaughlin and District 5 incumbent Darrell Coleman ran unopposed and won re-election to their seats. In District 2, Diane Thompson defeated Katherine Dozier. The District 2 incumbent Roger Hayes filed to run for re-election but withdrew from the race before the election.[1]

Funding

McLaughlin reported no contributions or expenditures to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance as of November 5, 2016.[2]

Candidates who raised or spent over $3,000 during the election cycle had to file all pre-election and post-election campaign finance reports.
