Lorraine Perkins McInnis
Lorraine Perkins McInnis was a candidate for the 24th Judicial District's Division D seat in Louisiana. She sought to fill the vacancy that was created when Judge Robert Murphy joined the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.[1]
2013 election
McInnis ran unsuccessfully for the 24th Judicial District, Division D. She faced Scott Schlegel, John Sudderth, and Hilary Landry in the April 6 municipal primary election, losing to Scott Schlegel.[1]

Education
McInnis earned her bachelor's degree in education from Louisiana State University in 1984 and her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1991.[3]
Career
McInnis has began working with Zurich American Insurance Company in 2003 and then moved to the McGlinchey Stafford firm in New Orleans, where she works.[3]
