Los Angeles Superior Court judge to retire in November

California: Judge David P. Yaffe, of the Los Angeles Superior Court, announced, on August 3, 2010, that he would be retiring on November 1, 2010. Yaffe has been a lawyer and judge for over 50 years, but will now serve his last day on the bench on October 8. Yaffe commented on his work saying, "It’s been a full and satifying career...I’ve enjoyed every moment of it.[1]
