Lou A. D'Apolito is a judge on the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas in Youngstown, Ohio. He was elected to the court in 2008 to an unexpired term ending on December 31, 2012. He assumed office on December 1, 2008.[1] D'Apolito was re-elected in November 2012 and his current term expired on December 31, 2018.[2]

Education

D'Apolito received his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University and his J.D. from the University of Akron.[3]

Career

Before joining the court, D'Apolito practiced law at his own firm,Lou A. D'Apolito Law Office, in Boardman, Ohio.[4]

2012 election

D'Apolito was re-elected after running unopposed in the general election November 6, 2012.[5]
