Louis A. Becker, III was a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Howard County in Maryland. He joined the court on August 11, 2005, and he retired on January 27, 2014.

Education

Becker received his undergraduate degree in political science from Loyola College in 1965 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1970.

Career

Before he became a judge for the Fifth Circuit Court, Becker served as an associate judge on the District Court of Maryland, 10th District for Howard County from 1989 to 2005.
