Louis A. Becker, III
Louis A. Becker, III was a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Howard County in Maryland. He joined the court on August 11, 2005, and he retired on January 27, 2014.[1][2][3]
Education
Becker received his undergraduate degree in political science from Loyola College in 1965 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1970.[1]
Career
Before he became a judge for the Fifth Circuit Court, Becker served as an associate judge on the District Court of Maryland, 10th District for Howard County from 1989 to 2005.[1]
