Louis F. Foy, Jr. is a former district court judge for the 4A Judicial District and 4B Judicial District, serving Duplin, Jones, Sampson, and Onslow counties of North Carolina. He retired in 2016.[1]

Education

Foy received his B.A. from Clemson University and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1973.[2]

Career

Before he became a judge, Foy worked as an attorney in private practice from 1980 to 1994 in Onslow County.[3]

2012 election

Foy was re-elected to the 4A and 4B Judicial Districts without opposition on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
