Louis Pellicano
Louis Pellicano was a candidate for District 3 representative on the El Paso City Council in Texas. He was defeated in the general election on May 6, 2017.
Biography
Pellicano earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and his master's degree from Chapman University.[1]
At the time of his 2017 run for office, Pellicano was retired. He was involved in the creation of the Eastside Civic Improvement Association and has served as chair of the El Paso Civil Service Commission.[1][2]

Cassandra Hernandez-Brown and Jaime Barceleau defeated Casey Williams, Elias Camacho, and Louis Pellicano in the general election for the District 3 seat on the El Paso City Council.[3]
