Louis W. Oliver, III
Louis W. Oliver, III is a judge of the Sumner County Chancery Court in the Eighteenth Judicial District of Tennessee.[1] He was elected to the court on August 7, 2014, and began serving on September 1. His current term expires in 2022.[2]

Oliver ran for election to the Sumner County Chancery Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on May 6, 2014, receiving 34.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Mike Carter, Patti B. Garner, Devon J. Sutherland.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on August 7, 2014.

Education
Oliver received his undergraduate degree from the Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law.[4]
Career
Before his election to the court in 2014, Oliver maintained his own solo practice in Hendersonville, Tennessee for over thirty-two years.[4]
