Louisiana: First state to finish reporting election results

Louisiana: With polls closing at 7:00PM CST, Louisiana counted and reported all 79 precincts by 10:30PM. Only one judicial race was decided today, that of the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal Elec. Sec. 5A. Phyllis M. Keaty defeated Steven G. Durio, receiving 59% of the vote. The race was actually a runoff election from the October 2, 2010 election.[1]
