The Louisiana 34th Judicial District Amendment, also known as Amendment 26, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure proposed the creation of a judicial district in St. Bernard Parish.[1]
