The Louisiana Board of Supervisors Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed constitutional modifications related to the board of supervisors at Louisiana State University.[1]
