The Louisiana City Court of Baker Amendment, also known as Amendment 52, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed to extend the territorial jurisdiction of the city court of Baker.[1]
