The Louisiana Civil Service Employee Pay Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to remove the legislative authority to supplement pay for certain civil service employees.[1]
