Louisiana Civil Service Referees Amendment (1982)

The Louisiana Civil Service Referees Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the ballot in Louisiana on September 11, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that the civil service commission could employ referees to make decisions in cases involving disciplinary action related to state employees.[1][2]
