The Louisiana East Baton Rouge Family Court Amendment, also known as Amendment 9, was on the ballot in Louisiana on February 1, 1972, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed modifications to the makeup of the East Baton Rouge family court.[1]
