The Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal Judge Amendment, also known as Amendment 24, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed an additional judge for the first circuit court of appeals.[1]
