Louisiana Higher Education Board Student Members Amendment (1980)

The Louisiana Higher Education Board Student Members Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 4, 1980, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that a student member be added to the Board of Regents. It also proposed that student members of the other higher education boards be given voting rights.[1]
