The Louisiana Hunting and Fishing Laws Amendment, also known as Amendment 8, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 21, 1995, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed that the state legislature could pass legislation creating laws relating to hunting and fishing that are applicable in only certain parts of the state.[1][2]
