A Louisiana Income Limitation on Special Assessment Homestead Exemption Amendment was not on the October 24, 2015 ballot in Louisiana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure, upon voter approval, would have removed the income limitation on who can receive a special assessment on residential property to determine a household's property tax homestead exemption.[1]
