The Louisiana Juvenile Tried as Adult Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 1, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to expand the list of crimes for which a juvenile may be tried as an adult.[1][2]
