The Louisiana Legislative Session Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 6, 1984, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure proposed that the legislature be required to hold an organizational meeting of not more than three days at the beginning of the session.[1]
