The Louisiana Limit Administrative Spending, Amendment 3 (October 1990), also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to limit the amount of money from the Louisiana Education Quality Support Fund that could be spent for administrative purposes.[1]
