The Louisiana Locally Granted Inventory Tax Exemptions Amendment, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that inventory held by distribution centers should not be subject to local ad valorem taxes.[1][2]
