The Louisiana Mandatory Age of Retirement for Judges Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 21, 1995, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed that the retirement age for judges should be increased from 70 to 75 years of age.[1][2]
