The Louisiana Millage Roll Up Hearing Notice, Amendment 12, also known as Amendment 12, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 3, 1998, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment required two public notices within 30 days of a taxing authority's vote on a proposed roll-up of the property tax millage rate.[1]
