The Louisiana New Orleans Tax Levy Amendment, also known as Amendment 24, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed constitutional modifications relative to the tax levying authority of the City of New Orleans.[1]
