The Louisiana Political Corporations Amendment, also known as Amendment 41, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed constitutional modifications relative to public credit in order to allow state political corporations to engage in business relationships with each other.[1]
