The Louisiana Rapides Parish School District Amendment, also known as Amendment 34, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed to create the Rapides Parish Vocational and Technical School District.[1]
