The Louisiana Recovery District Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 1, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that the Louisiana Recovery District could not incur new debt or issue new bonds.[1][2]
