Louisiana Sewage and Water Board Amendment (1970)

The Louisiana Sewage and Water Board Amendment, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure authorized the sewage and water board of New Orleans to set rates charged to consumers and to provide for the use of revenue generated.[1]
