The Louisiana St. Tammany Board of Commissioners Amendment, also known as Amendment 50, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed an addition to the constitution to create the board of commissioners for St. Tammany Parish.[1]
