The Louisiana Tax Break for Property Improvement Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to extend, for an additional five years, the property tax assessment freeze for improved properties in downtown, historic or economic development areas.[1][2]
