Lourdes Simon is a judge of the Florida 11th Circuit Court. She assumed office in 2017. Her current term ends on January 7, 2031.

Simon won re-election for judge of the Florida 11th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Simon was appointed by Governor Rick Scott (R) on July 18, 2017.[1]

Biography

Simon received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 1991 and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1993. Simon began her career in 1994 as an assistant public defender in Miami-Dade County. She was appointed to the county court in 2010.[2][3]
