A Loveland City Electric Aggregation question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Warren, Hamilton and Clermont Counties, which are in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the City of Loveland to aggregate electrical services for the City. This aggregation would occur automatically for all who did not actively opt out of the program.[1]

Language on the ballot:
“ | Shall the City of Loveland, Counties of Hamilton, Clermont and Warren, Ohio, have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the City of Loveland, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
