A Loveland City Natural Gas Aggregation question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Warren, Hamilton and Clermont Counties, which are in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the City of Loveland to aggregate the retail natural gas services in the City. Such aggregation would occur automatically unless a person opted out.[1]

| “ | Shall the City of Loveland, Counties of Hamilton, Clermont and Warren, Ohio, have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the City of Loveland, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
