Lowell Barron
Lowell Ray Barron is a former Democratic member of the Alabama State Senate, representing the District 8 from 1982 to 2010. He served as President Pro Tempore of the Alabama State Senate from 1999 to 2006.
Biography
Barron earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from Auburn University.

On November 7, 2006, Barron won re-election to the 8th District Seat in the Alabama State Senate, defeating opponent Don Stout (R).[2]
