Kellogg earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Iowa. He joined West Allis-West Milwaukee School District as a science teacher in 2015. Kellogg is also the owner of Cycling Support Services.[1]

Two of the seven seats on the Menomonee Falls School District Board of Education in Wisconsin were up for at-large general election on April 3, 2018. Incumbent Laura Olteanu did not file for re-election, leaving one open seat. Incumbent Dave Noshay and newcomer Keri Duce defeated candidates Candice Green and Lowell Kellogg.[2][3]

Two of seven seats on the Menomonee Falls School District Board of Education were up for at-large general election on April 4, 2017. Incumbents Ron Bertieri and Mark Nadolski defeated former candidate Lowell Kellogg to win additional terms in the general election.[4]

Funding

Kellogg filed a campaign finance filing exemption with the Menomonee Falls School District.[5] Candidates did not have to report campaign contributions or expenditures if they did not do one or both of the following:[6]

  • Accept contributions, make disbursements, or incur debt in excess of $2,000 during the calendar year
  • Accept more than $100 from a single source during the calendar year, barring contributions made by candidates to their own campaigns

Three of the seven seats on the Menomonee Falls School District school board were up for general election on April 5, 2016. Incumbents Faith VanderHorst and Michele Divelbiss filed for re-election, while Scott Ternes opted not to run for another term. VanderHorst and Divelbiss faced challengers Lowell Kellogg and Michael Vettor.[7] VandeHorst, Divelbiss and Vettor won in the general election.
