Lowell Weicker
Lowell Weicker (b. May 16, 1931) was the 85th Governor of Connecticut from 1991 to 1995. He was elected on the A Connecticut Party ticket, a political party he formed in 1990. Weicker was the first independent governor since the Civil War. Weicker passed away on June 28, 2023.[1][2]
