Three Lucas, Plymouth-Shiloh & Shelby School District Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the school districts of Lucas, Plymouth-Shiloh and Shelby which are in Richland County. The Plymouth-Shiloh school measure was also in Huron County.

The Lucas school measure seeks to renew the current property tax which is set at a rate of 4.2 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for operational deficits as needed in the school district.
